Admission: CEGEP Students

UBC requires that you complete at least one full year of a two-year academic diploma program. If you’ve completed your two-year Diplome d’etudes collegiales (DEC), you’ll be eligible for second-year placement. Applicants with a two-year DEC have historically required an average of 76-77% (on a 60% pass scale) for admission to second year

Our adjustment factors for CEGEP will allow for applicants with average grades (for the required courses) in the low 80’s to have a decent chance at admission to most programs (but as usual, the higher the grades the bette).  So CEGEP applicants should pay no attention to stuff they see online about needing 90s or 95s to get into Waterloo.

 

워터루 공대의 경우 퀘벡을 80점을 온타리오나 타 주 95점으로 환산합니다.

 

 

보통 문과의 경우 10점, 이과의 경우 15점 가산점이 있다고 보시면 됩니다.

 

이유? 퀘벡에서 교육을 받은 학생들이 온주 사립보다도 점수를 더 잘 받고 졸업도 잘 하거든요.
