You may also add any other information you consider relevant, such as

•  the field of activity (construction, real estate, etc.); 어느 업무 분야에서 발생했는가

•  the period during which the events took place; 어느 기간 중에 일어났는가

•  the frequency with which the events took place; 얼마나 자주 일어나는가?

•  the amounts involved; 얼마나 되는 금액인가?

•  the persons involved; 어느 사람이 연루되었는가?

•  the Québec enterprise number (NEQ) of the business involved (if applicable); 께벡 사업자 등록번호

•  the name of the neighbourhood or the names of the streets at the closest intersection, if you do not know the exact address. 주소 (잘 모를경우 길 이름이나 옆 가게 이름)
