레스토랑 맛집도 궁금해요

저는 개인적으로 맛집 되게 좋아해요.몬트리올 한인 식당 중에서는 치킨이 제일 맛있다고 생각하거든요. 그런데 자주 구인하는게 올라오는걸 보니까 직원 분들에게는 쉽지 않은 곳인가 싶네요.

 

맛집에서 일하셨던 분들, 맛집에서 일하는 것은 다른 레스토랑과 다른 어려운 점이 있는건가요.

관심이 있는데 그쪽에 계셨던 분들이랑은 전혀 관계가 없어서 물어봅니다.

    또 시작했네.판을 깔고 싶군요.
    그냥 고객입장에선 치킨만 맛있으면 된겁니다.
    무슨  음식점 내부사정까지 궁금한게 있어서 점잖은척 판을 까는지 오지랖도 태평양이네요

    왜 일하는 사람을 자주 구하는지
    그런 노력도 하지 않으면서 무슨 관심이 있다는건지

    아니면 일은 하기싫고 대충하면서 팁은 다 받아내고 싶은  알바냐?

    구인광고 보고 일하러 가볼까 해서 물어보는거 같은데 아닐까요?
    어짜피 익명인데 궁금한거 톡 까놓고 물어보면 되지 저렇게 돌려돌려..친구도 저런사람은 별로예요.

    일이 힘든게 아닐까요? 으레 바쁜 레스토랑이 그렇듯. 전 근처 살아서 종종 픽업 해 먹는데 갈 때마다 사람이 그렇게 많더라구요. 배달 전문이라 팁도 잘 안들어오겠죠.

    제 경험상으론. 웨스트 아일랜드다 보니. 일단 사람구하기 힘들고
    그리고 무엇보다 지역 특성상 일하러 오는 분들이 학생보단. 주부님들이 많아요. 그래서 일 좀 하다가도 애들일 남편일 겹쳐. 결국 그만 두는 분들이 다수에요. 그래서 그럴거에요
